Associate Members are provided with a Customer Charter which presents them with an ethical code of practice. This sets out to promote high standards and encourage good relations between them and their consumers. This helps to inspire consumer confidence and raises the profile of the industry for the benefit of all those associated with it.
As part of their pledge to abide by the ethics of the Customer Charter, Associate Membersalso agree to support the overall aims and objectives of The Furniture Ombudsman in raising the overall standard of the industry.
The Furniture Ombudsman welcomes applications from retailers, manufacturers and selected organisations who are associated with the industry or The Furniture Ombudsman.
Associate Membership can be used as a practical tool to make public your commitment to quality and customer service. Moving closer to TFO is a unique way for your business to inspire consumer confidence.
