Fast Track Company Diagnostic
This is a one-day consultation with a FIRA engineer who has in-depth knowledge of how to improve the performance and competitiveness of manufacturing organisations.
This on-site health check or diagnostic review will be impartial, and will highlight your strengths and potential areas for improvement.
The diagnostic review will be conducted at your site. Your only commitment will be to provide a tour of the plant and to ensure that key personnel are available to provide supplementary information. The involvement of senior management is essential if you are to gain maximum benefit from the day.
The ultimate aim is to provide a report containing observations, a quantitative positioning of your company, and actions that could improve your business performance.
